Complaints Process
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Featuringglobe Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How Featuringglobe Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start with the provider. Keep your notes in writing.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Featuringglobe Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide a matter for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@featuringglobe.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you want
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint. That is usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
Not Happy With the Answer?
Reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
